This line is ideal for producing polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabric, popularly known as TNT. Fiber diameter ranges from 1-5 microns. TNT/PP has a soft structure, with void spaces and anti-wrinkle capability. Its ultrafine fibers have a unique capillary structure, which maximizes surface area and increases the amount of fiber per unit area. As a result, this material has good filtration and oil absorption capacity, in addition to being useful for thermal insulation. Used in the manufacturing of air filters, filters for liquid materials, masks, thermal insulators, oil-absorbing materials and others.
