The Extruded PS (XPS) profile line is ideal for producing picture frame moldings, mirror frames, door casings, baseboards, corner trim and similar products. Its configuration includes a single-screw extruder coupled with a co-extruder, ensuring the piece's external finish. The extruders deliver excellent operation, with stability and quality in plastication. The texturizer performs hot embossing, with an integrated system that transfers the film's coating layer onto the PS profile.
