PET Bottle Washing Line

This washing line was developed to support the recycling and reuse industry for post-industrial and post-consumer used PET bottles. The system includes a pre-processing stage for bales, removal of impurities and labels. The material then moves on to washing, separation, shredding, hot washing, friction washing, flotation and drying. After all these processes, the material is sorted by color and packaged. After washing, PET bottles can be used as input for manufacturing synthetic fibers, films and packaging. The line can be customized according to the customer's quality requirements.
