The geocell extrusion line is equipped with a single-screw extruder ideal for operating with recycled HDPE, in addition to a gear pump and two-position screen changer without stoppage. It includes a chrome-plated die with customizable width and thickness. Calender structure with chrome-plated rolls and textured roll (single or double-sided), temperature controller and independent operation. It features a cooling bed with edge trimming, haul-off, accumulator, in-line perforation device, adjustable rotary knife longitudinal cutter and expanding shaft winder.
