The pre-mix extrusion line is equipped with a Banbury mixer, ideal for preparing blends of heat- and shear-sensitive materials. The mixing is done in advance by the mixer, ensuring high homogenization rates and drastically reducing the risk of raw material decomposition during the extrusion process. Suitable for the production of colored masterbatches, elastomers and flame-retardant compounds (HFFR) for electrical cable manufacturing.
