Jwell Machinery's Spunbond extrusion line is used to produce Spunbond (S) type nonwoven fabric (TNT), widely used in clothing manufacturing, medical materials, sanitary and disposable products, and other products for construction, industry and agriculture. This technology offers models for single-layer (S) and double-layer (SS) Spunbond production. Polypropylene (PP) resin is melted and extruded into continuous filaments through fine orifices. The filaments are stretched, cooled and randomly collected to form a web of interlaced filaments. The web is compacted by pressure rollers to increase fabric cohesion. Finally, the fabric undergoes further processing, including cutting, calendering or coating, to meet specific requirements.
