S, SS, SMS Spunmelt nonwoven fabric (TNT) is used in the manufacturing of medical isolation gowns, surgical gowns, bed sheet curtains, hygienic napkins, baby diapers, adult incontinence pads (pants). The spunmelt filament nonwoven fabric (TNT) production line is mainly used to produce heat-bonded reinforced nonwoven fabrics. Using mainly polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, with additives such as color masterbatches, antioxidants, anti-pilling agents and flame retardants, PP spunmelt filament nonwoven fabrics are produced with different colors, properties and suited to different uses. These fabrics are widely used in medical materials, hygiene and other fields. The composite production line can be configured differently to produce S, SS, SSS product series, among others, meeting the diverse demands of the PP spunmelt filament nonwoven fabric market for different customer purposes, and other disposable medical protection and personal healthcare products.
