The LVT composite flooring production line operates with a twin-screw extruder to manufacture the floor base material. This material passes through a six-roll calender, where it is combined with a decorative layer, a wear-resistant film and a UV-protective film. Before being wound, the profile undergoes a pre-heating process to prevent wrinkling, shrinkage and deformation. This composite extrusion technology ensures high production efficiency and stable product quality.
