The SPC flooring profile extrusion line uses PVC as its base material and is extruded by a twin-screw extruder. The material then passes through a calender, where a decorative film, a UV protection film, a PVC wear-resistant layer and a PVC base membrane layer are applied — all bonded together in a single process. The process is simple, and bonding is done through heat, without the need for glue.
