Production lead time varies according to the equipment purchased by the customer, ranging from 30 to 270 days, counted from receipt of the down payment. Delivery time to the port ranges from 7 to 15 days after approval of the equipment try-out (if the equipment undergoes a try-out). Our Brazilian agents provide advisory support, monitoring and following up on your order from the start of production through equipment installation at your factory.

Jwell Brasil does not provide customs services. We have partner companies dedicated to handling these services, which include port and logistics advisory support. If of interest, this support can be requested by the customer during negotiation.

All Jwell Machinery equipment comes with a 12-month warranty, counted from the equipment's shipping date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear. Jwell Brasil provides customer support during the warranty period, facilitating communication so the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

All our projects are sold under FOB (free on board) terms. The final price includes freight from the factory to the port of shipment in the country of origin (China or Thailand). Additional costs such as insurance, ocean freight, import duties, customs clearance procedures, domestic freight to the customer's factory and other expenses are not included in this price. Air freight is also available for small volumes; please consult our sales team for more information.

All projects follow the same payment policy: a down payment equivalent to 30% of the project value is paid at the time of sale, via T/T. The final installment, equivalent to 70% of the project value, is paid before shipment, via T/T. Letters of Credit are available for certain situations; please consult our sales team for more information.
